By accessing and using the Ambari school bus tracking service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

This service is managed by the Sri Adavi Thatha Seva Trust and is designed to provide real-time bus tracking for students, parents, and drivers.

Ambari provides a real-time GPS tracking service for school buses. The service includes:

• Real-time location tracking of school buses
• Route information and estimated arrival times
• Notifications and alerts for students and parents
• Driver interface for location sharing

We strive to provide accurate and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may be affected by factors beyond our control, including network connectivity, GPS signal availability, and device compatibility.

We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in ourPrivacy Policy.

Location data is collected only when the service is active and is used solely for the purpose of providing bus tracking functionality.

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Review our Cancellation & Refund policy for cancellation terms

The Ambari service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or service interruptions
• Inaccuracies in location data or estimated arrival times
• Actions taken based on information provided by the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.

All content, features, and functionality of the Ambari service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Sri Adavi Thatha Seva Trust and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions
• Is harmful to other users or the service
• Exposes us to legal liability
• Is fraudulent or involves illegal activity

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
